 people with anxiety and depression or other mental health problems are more likely to become angry over small things. they face a lot of difficulty in controlling their emotions which cause problem in their lives. here are some tips that will help you with anger management issues.



1. Think before you speak:

our biggest problem is that we usually get too emotional that we dont even think what we are speaking. we just keep on going and let our anxiety out in the form of anger on the other person. the best way to overcome is to take a second and think what are you going to speak and is it work speaking of. of course we dont have all time to sit and think and then speak but " practice makes a man perfect". in the start it will take efforts, but once you are used to it you will find it really easy.
as it is said, 
"A moment of patience in a moment of anger saves you a hundred moments of regret"

2. Meditate more:

anger is mostly concerned with stress. so if you want to control anger first step is to control stress. The best way to do this is to meditate. There are many ways of meditation like doing yoga, listening to calming music or just sitting and watching nature! yes watching natural beauty is itself a therapy with can have very positive effects on your mind and soul.

3. explain your concerns:

often we want to convey our ideas to the other person but the other one is not understanding it. this makes us really angry. To avoid such situations, sit with that person, take a deep breathe and slowly and calmly explain your point with all the logics you have. do this in a better way without being angry. It will work surely.

4. stop holding grudges:

We all hold grudges for one another. But we don't know that we are doing harm to yourself. Holding a grudge against other person will not at all effect that person but will disturb your mental peace. You will unconsciously think about that person again and again and bring negative feelings in your mind which will make you more negative person day by day.
instead do yourself a favour. stop holding grudges and learn to forgive other. Not for them but for your ownself. It will make you more positive person  and help you in getting out of your anxiety.
