Sometimes you just feel like something is wrong. Something is not going right in your life. But you cannot figure out what! There may be many reasons but all of them meet at a single point that you are not prioritising yourself. Here are some things that you need to correct from your lives.
1.Being Too much nice:
Many of us are very soft hearted. We love to help others but people may not be as good as we think. They may be taking advantage of you and you even don't realize that. Such people start becoming a source of stress and anxiety for us because with time we start realizing that you are just being so nice with someone who is too mean. So stop being too much nice. You should always be fair with yourself. Never allow any person to hurt you or your self respect and if there is any such person in your life its better to remove that person from your life. so a balance is really important to live a happy and peaceful life.
2. Know your Boundaries:
A person you dont respect your boundaries can never be your friend. So make sure that ones who you call your friends always respect your boundaries. Moreover, it is first up to you that how well you know your own boundaries. Giving a free space to everyone and compromising on your mental health will always do harm to you. yup it is a very difficult thing for some soft hearted people, but it is very important if you want a peaceful life. "NO" is a very powerful word. Although it can sometimes hurt other person's feeling but if you know how to say no without hurting other then your half of the life is sorted. not being able to say no can make us do commitments that over burdenise us and we end up in alot of stress. So a simple solution to all of this is to politely excuse the person.
4. Remove Toxic People From Your Life:
This is the most difficult yet important step which you must take in your life if you want a peaceful life. Toxic people are a source of constant anxiety and depression. They keep on taunting us or do such things that make us feel bad about us. No matter if they are your friends or your loved ones. No matter if you think they love you or care for you. That is just your thinking. They don't care for you at all. So, Just flush such people out of your life!!
5. Give Value To Yourself:
People will not value you until you give value to yourself. If you will present yourself like highly adjustable or not giving your own opinion importance, no one will ever know your value. they will always hurt you and try to make you live on their choices which should not happen. So let people realize that you are as equally important as they are and your opinion and decisions are also as much important as theirs.
