 We all face hardships in our life because life is not all about happiness and enjoyment. It is not perfect. It is bound to be imperfect so it have many ups and downs. But how to deal with that low situations? How to motivate ourself in that situation?  Many of us deal with hardships in wrong way. As a result they end up being more emotionally broken.
